Purchase and sale transaction on the Diamond Bourse Mallorca
The Diamond Bourse Mallorca has access to the international diamond - trading market, with more than 100,000 precious stones at wholesale prices.
All items are insured at 100 % during distribution.
Items with a value from € 1001.00 we transmit them with the delivery services of Brinks or Malca Amit.
Sales Process
In the Diamond Bourse Mallorca there are several options for selling your diamonds:
1. For all options, an original passport copy from the seller is required.
2. Please fill in the contact box and send us your sale request with the exact details by email to: info@diamondbourse.es so we can create in advance an offer or a possibly reject.
3. You also can send us your gems physically. Your diamonds are examined and evaluated, if we are satisfied, you get an offer approximately 24-48 hours later. If our laboratory evaluated your gems as not suitable for the Diamond Bourse, we will send you the gems and the associated documents back to you. Of course you also can pick up the gems personally.
4. Personal appointment for a diamond appraisal.
5. In a mutual agreement the amount will be transferred within the next 24-48 hours.
Sales Management
1. Please select your desired item on our website.
2. Step 1: Select one or several products.
3. Step 2: Select one of the available payment options at the cash point.
4. Step 3: Confirm payments.
5. Step 4: Once your payment is received, we will send you a purchase confirmation and within the next three working days you will receive your shipment tracking number.
6. Step 5: After the acceptance of the shipped package, the ownership has been in your possession and the sale is complete.
7. There is the legal right of return within 14 days minus € 20.00 processing fee plus the appropriate bank charges.
8. Payment and Transfer Methods: All sales are only made after the payment. Please select your appropriate payment method, PayPal, Bank transfer in advance or our online service system on the website.
9 All purchases takes place, according to the review and assessment of your gemstone, by bank transfer.
